Shipping & Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the CONSUMER on the order form. Packaging, shipping, and delivery costs are covered by the SELLER.

1. The name, quantity, VAT-inclusive sales price, payment method, and basic characteristics of the subject matter of the contract are as specified in the order form.

2. Payment Method: Credit card or bank transfer.

3. The CONSUMER declares that they have read and become informed about the preliminary information regarding the product on the www.mamandis.com website and provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

4. The product will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the contract date. Until the product is delivered, all responsibility lies with the SELLER.

5. If the product is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the CONSUMER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for the refusal of delivery by the recipient.

6. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in good condition, complete, and in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order.

7. Payment in the amount specified in this contract is required for the delivery of the product. If for any reason the product price is not paid or is cancelled in the bank records, the SELLER is considered relieved of the obligation to deliver the product.

8. In the event that the CONSUMER’s credit card is used without authorization by unauthorized persons due to reasons not attributable to the CONSUMER, and if the bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the product must be sent to the SELLER, provided that it has been delivered to the CONSUMER.
