In cases where the CONSUMER exercises the right of withdrawal or where the product subject to the order cannot be supplied for various reasons, or in cases where the CONSUMER is awarded a refund by the arbitration board, the return procedure related to payment options is outlined below:

The CONSUMER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason. The CONSUMER is obliged to return the contract goods to the seller or the carrier designated by the seller within 10 days from the date the right of withdrawal is exercised. The withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is established for service contracts; for contracts for the delivery of goods, it starts from the day the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the goods. However, the consumer can also exercise the right of withdrawal within the period from the establishment of the contract until the delivery of the goods. For products whose shipment has started/completed, a return process will be initiated with a deduction of €250 for shipment and operation fees.

a) **Return Procedure for Credit Card Payment Options:**

In the case of the return of goods and services purchased with a card, according to the agreement made with the Bank, the SELLER cannot make a cash payment to the CONSUMER. The SELLER will process the refund through the relevant software. The refund of the amount to the buyer is subject to the procedures of the intermediary institution and the CONSUMER’s bank. The CONSUMER acknowledges and agrees to this procedure.

b) **Return Procedure for Wire Transfer/EFT Payment Options:**

The refund will be made by requesting bank account information from the CONSUMER, and it will be transferred to the account specified by the CONSUMER (the account must be in the name of the person whose name is on the invoice address or the name of the user member). The SELLER will refund the full amount of the product to the bank in one go. The CONSUMER acknowledges and agrees to this procedure.
